Host a Community Forum

Community groups can host an open government community forum with the assistance of the Washington Coalition for Open Government.

In answer to requests from community groups who need advice about presenting public forums on open government laws and regulations, the Washington Coalition for Open Government (WCOG) presents a template to help them in making their arrangements.

The template includes a detailed timeline for planning the event, as well as an outline of responsibilities of both the requesting group and WCOG, personnel requirements, and furniture and equipment needed to assure a successful forum.

Contact Patience Rogge, Events Chair at 360.385.6975 for more information.
